Men's Golf: Owen Rosebeck Lead Sagehens After Day One of Bulldogs Invite

REDLANDS, CA. – The Pomona-Pitzer Men's Golf Team finished the first day of the Bulldog Fall Invitational in sixth place after playing two rounds on Saturday. The Sagehens shot 597 (+21) after both rounds, shooting 297 (+9) in the first and 300 (+12) in the second.

Owen Rosebeck led the Sagehens with a 148 (+4) after shooting 70 (-2) with five birdies in the first round and 78 (+6) in the second. Sam Sawyers and David Song tied at 149 (+5). Sawyers shot 76 (+4) in the first round and 73 (+1) in the second. Song scored 77 (+5) in the first round and 72 (E) with four birdies in the second. Jack Carrigan shot 74 (+2) in the first and 77 (+5) in the second for a total score of 151 (+7). Seth Pope ended the day at 159 (+15) after scoring 81 (+9) in the first and 78 (+6) in the second.
