During the run, Koch fired a three-pointer and missed, but Rosenbaum grabbed the rebound and scored the tip-in in midair. Later with a 38-31 lead, Rosenbaum delivered a bullet pass to Alex Preston from the top of the perimeter, and the big man scooped in the layup to make it 40-31. The Sagehens led 43-36 at halftime.

With 3:56 left in the game, Koch hit the dagger three-pointer that surely sealed the game, extending the lead 82-61. The three sparked a 9-0 run and the Sagehens never looked back.
