Sagehens Show off Versatility at the Redlands Pentathlon

Nov. 14th, 2009 - At the Redlands Pentathlon, everyone had the opportunity to compete in a 100 of each stroke as well as the 100 I.M. At the conclusion of all the events, the times were tallied from every race and the top overall swimmers were determined.

After finishing last season tied for second in the final SCIAC standings, the Pomona-Pitzer Women’s swimming and diving team hope to continue their success and make some noise this season all the way through to the NCAA Championships.

Men's and Women's Swim and Dive SCIAC Summary

The SCIAC season dual and conference meets ended very successfully for the Sagehens’ men’s and women’s swimmers. The women tied for second place with perennial power, the University of Redlands, and the men held off challenges from CLU and Occidental with a last day flourish to hold on to 3rd place.
